Attentive Quality Care, LLC (AQC), established in May 2021, provides compassionate, dependable non-skilled home care services throughout Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Keswick, Louisa, and surrounding areas.
Our services are personalized to meet each client’s individual needs while promoting independence, dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life at home. Our Home Attendants provide support according to each client’s individualized Plan of Service, with appropriate agency and nursing oversight.
Our Services Include:
- Supportive & Supervised Care – Assistance with daily routines, personal care, companionship, observation, and safety supervision for clients who need additional support at home.
- Respite Care – Short-term or ongoing support that gives family caregivers time to rest, recharge, or attend to other responsibilities.
- Personal Care – Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living.
- Companion Care – Meaningful companionship, conversation, activities, social engagement, meal preparation, and assistance with everyday routines.
- Comfort & End-of-Life Support – Compassionate, non-skilled support for clients receiving hospice, palliative, or comfort-focused care, with an emphasis on dignity, comfort, and family support.
- Long-Term Care Support – Consistent, ongoing assistance for individuals who need help maintaining their daily routines, safety, comfort, and independence at home.
- Post-Operative Care – Non-skilled assistance with personal care, mobility, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and daily routines during recovery after surgery or hospitalization.
Attentive Quality Care provides non-skilled home care services and does not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical case management.
