Personal Care with Nursing Oversight

At Attentive Quality Care, LLC, we provide personalized, non-skilled personal care services to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own homes. Our Home Attendants provide assistance according to each client’s individualized Plan of Service, with appropriate nursing oversight.

Our Services May Include

Wellness Observation: Home Attendants observe a client’s general well-being and report changes or concerns, such as changes in appetite, alertness, mobility, behavior, or daily functioning, according to the Plan of Service.

Mobility & Transfer Assistance: We assist clients with walking, transfers, positioning, and approved mobility devices while promoting safety and helping reduce the risk of falls.

Medication Reminders: Home Attendants may provide medication reminders according to the client’s established routine and AQC policies. Medication concerns, refusals, missed medications, or changes in condition are reported to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional.

Personal Care & Hygiene: Assistance may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, oral hygiene, and other activities of daily living.

Skin Observation: During personal care, Home Attendants may observe the client’s skin and promptly report redness, irritation, bruising, pressure areas, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Daily Routine & Safety Support: Home Attendants provide assistance with established daily routines, meals, hydration, light housekeeping, and safety supervision based on the client’s individual needs.

These services are designed for individuals who need additional assistance with everyday activities while maintaining as much independence, comfort, dignity, and choice as possible at home.

Attentive Quality Care provides non-skilled home care services. We do not provide skilled nursing, wound care, medical treatment, or clinical medication management as part of our Home Attendant services.
