Skilled Nursing Assistant
Skilled Nursing Assistant is for seniors who need around-the-clock nursing care but who could use help with activities of daily living. Skilled Nursing Care include assistance with eating, medication reminders, bathing, dressing and getting out of bed.
Skilled Nursing Services may include:
- Evaluation of client needs
- Self-care techniques and prevention strategies; and
Coordination of client care and services with your physician and other health care team members - Vital Signs Monitoring (heart rate and blood pressure)
- Diabetic management
- Pain Management
