At Attentive Quality Care, LLC, we provide compassionate, non-skilled supportive and supervised home care for clients who need additional assistance, observation, and reassurance to remain safe and comfortable at home.
Our Home Attendants provide services according to each client’s individualized Plan of Service, with appropriate agency and nursing oversight.
Our Services May Include:
Safety Supervision & Companionship: Home Attendants provide a reassuring presence, companionship, and supervision for clients who may need additional support due to changes in mobility, memory, or daily functioning.
Personal Care & Daily Activities: Assistance may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, meal preparation, hydration, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living.
Medication Reminders: Home Attendants may provide medication reminders according to the client’s established medication routine and AQC policies. Medication concerns, refusals, missed medications, or observed changes are promptly reported to the appropriate supervisor.
Support for Ongoing Health Conditions: For clients living with conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, Parkinson’s disease, or dementia, Home Attendants can assist with established daily routines, personal care, meals, mobility, safety, and observation. Changes or concerns are reported according to the client’s Plan of Service.
Post-Hospital & Recovery Support: Following a hospital stay or medical treatment, Home Attendants can assist with personal care, mobility, meals, hydration, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and established recovery routines.
Observation & Reporting: Home Attendants observe for changes in the client’s general condition, behavior, mobility, appetite, or daily functioning and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor, family member, or healthcare professional as directed.
Family Support & Communication: We help families stay informed about important observations and changes while providing dependable support that can ease some of the responsibilities of caring for a loved one at home.

Attentive Quality Care provides non-skilled home care services. We do not diagnose medical conditions, provide skilled nursing treatment, manage chronic diseases, or perform clinical wound or incision care.
