Compassionate Support at Home

For individuals living with a serious or life-limiting illness, having dependable support at home can provide comfort and reassurance for both the client and their family. Attentive Quality Care, LLC provides compassionate, non-skilled home care support for clients who are receiving palliative or comfort-focused care.

Our Home Attendants focus on helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life while following the established Plan of Service and supporting the routines established by the client, family, and healthcare team.

Our Support May Include

  • Personal Care & Comfort: Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, repositioning within the Home Attendant’s permitted role, and other activities of daily living.
  • Companionship & Emotional Support: A calm, reassuring presence, conversation, and companionship for clients and their families.
  • Medication Reminders: Reminders based on the client’s established medication schedule and AQC policies. Home Attendants do not make medication or dosage decisions.
  • Meal & Hydration Support: Meal preparation and assistance with food and fluids according to the client’s established needs and instructions.
  • Mobility & Safety Assistance: Support with walking, transfers, mobility devices, and fall prevention.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assistance with laundry, linens, dishes, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Observation & Reporting: Promptly reporting changes, concerns, or signs of discomfort to the appropriate family member, supervisor, hospice, or healthcare professional as directed by the Plan of Service.
  • Family Respite: Providing supervision and companionship so family caregivers can rest or attend to other responsibilities.

At Attentive Quality Care, our focus is on comfort, compassion, dignity, and respectful support—helping clients remain in the familiar surroundings of home while receiving the additional care they need.

Attentive Quality Care provides non-skilled home care services and does not provide medical palliative care, skilled nursing, diagnose conditions, or manage medical treatment. Clinical palliative and hospice services remain under the direction of the client’s licensed healthcare providers.
