    At Attentive Quality Care, LLC, we provide compassionate, non-skilled home care designed to help clients remain safe, comfortable, engaged, and independent in their own homes.

    Our Home Attendants provide personalized companionship and assistance with everyday activities based on each client’s individual needs and Plan of Service. Whether a client needs help with personal care, daily routines, or simply a friendly and dependable presence, our goal is to provide support while preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life.

    Companion & Personal Care Services May Include:

    • Companionship & Social Engagement: Conversation, recreational activities, walks, games, reading, and other meaningful activities.
    • Personal Care Assistance: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
    • Mobility & Transfer Assistance: Support with walking, transfers, and approved mobility devices while promoting safety and fall prevention.
    • Medication Reminders: Reminders to take medications according to the client’s established schedule and instructions.
    • Meal Preparation: Assistance preparing meals and encouraging appropriate food and fluid intake.
    • Light Housekeeping & Laundry: Help with dishes, laundry, linens, and maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
    • Daily Routine Support: Assistance maintaining established routines, appointments, and daily activities.
    • Safety & Supervision: A reassuring presence for clients who may need additional supervision or assistance throughout the day.
    • Transportation & Errands: Assistance with appointments, grocery shopping, and other approved errands when included in the Plan of Service.
    • Respite & Family Support: Dependable care that allows family caregivers time to rest or attend to other responsibilities.
    • Overnight & Weekend Support: Companionship, supervision, and assistance with established nighttime or weekend routines.

    Our Home Attendants provide services according to each client’s individualized Plan of Service, with appropriate agency oversight.
